Changes to a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the expected arrival date and time for individual guests and at least 7 days prior to the expected arrival date for a group of guests.

Changes can be made in any convenient way:

The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation by notifying the Hotel at least one day (24 hours) prior to arrival in any convenient way:

In case of early check-in of the Guest, provided that the Guest stays at least one day, subject to availability of rooms, the Guest shall pay for the hours starting from the hour of actual check-in to the estimated hour of service start (14.00 hours local time) in the following amounts:

- in case the Guest arrives between 00.00 hours and 14.00 hours, a fee of 50% of the daily accommodation rate based on the “Basic” tariff will be charged.

If the Guest stays less than a day, if he/she arrives from 00.00 hours and later, and leaves before the estimated hour of room vacancy (12.00 hours local time), the Guest will be charged for half of the daily accommodation, according to the current Price List, based on the “Basic” tariff.

In case of delayed check-out of the Guest after the estimated hour of room vacancy (check-out), the Guest shall pay in the following amounts:

- not more than 6 hours, a fee of 50% of the daily accommodation cost based on the “Basic” tariff will be charged;

- for the period of delayed departure from 6 hours and more - a fee of 100% of the daily accommodation cost is charged, in accordance with the current Price List, based on the tariff “Basic”;

In case of departure of the Guest between 12:00 and 12:59, if the rooms are available, the late check-out fee will not be charged.

If the Guest stays from 00.00 to 23.59 hours, within one calendar day (in case of check-out after 12.00), the accommodation fee is charged for one day, according to the current Price List, based on the tariff “Basic”. No early check-in fee will be charged in this case.

Estimated hour of service start (check-in hour) - 14:00 hours local time.

Checkout hour (check-out) - 12:00 hrs local time.

Payment for accommodation can be made in cash at the reception service, by bank transfer under the reservation agreement or using bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR). You can also pay for accommodation on the hotel's website www.hotel-mayak.ru using a bank card.

Accommodation with pets and wild animals is not allowed in the hotel.

There are no specially equipped rooms for people with disabilities in the hotel.

Children under 6 years of age (inclusive) stay and buffet breakfast at the Hotel is free of charge. Children over 6 years of age are charged according to the current Price List.

Since June 1, 2014, in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation from 23.02.2013 № 15-FZ “On the protection of citizens' health from the effects of environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption” comes into force a ban on smoking in premises intended for the provision of hotel services. In this regard, smoking in the building of the Hotel “Mayak”, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. Compensation of expenses for additional room cleaning in the amount of 5000 rubles. There is a smoking area outside the hotel.

Free ground unguarded parking for cars on the territory of the Hotel “Mayak”. Video surveillance is installed.

The guest can use the storage room located on the first floor of the hotel at no extra charge during the whole period of stay.

According to the rules of living in the hotel “Mayak” it is forbidden to store large-sized things in the room. Boxes, caskets larger than 100*100*100 cm should be placed in the storage room in order to ensure the convenience of cleaning in the room, as well as the personal safety of the Guest.

A luggage storage room, located on the first floor of the Hotel, is available for storing sports equipment.

Tea and coffee stations are supplied daily at no extra charge. Provided: black bagged tea, green bagged tea, instant coffee, sugar stick.

Lobby bar is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. Working hours: 24 hours a day, no days off. The menu includes soft and alcoholic drinks, desserts, and if you wish you can order cold and hot appetizers from the restaurant menu.

Buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00.

The hotel has a “Board” rate (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a “Half-board” rate (breakfast, lunch/dinner). The paid amount can be can be spent both for lunch and dinner. Lunches and dinners are held in the restaurant “GOROD”. Opening hours: from 12:00 to 00:00, Fri-Sat: from 12:00 to 05:00.

A gym equipped with modern fitness equipment is available 24 hours a day (no extra charge). On the territory of the Hotel Mayak there is a cinema center “Babylon”. Guests staying at the center are given a 20% discount on presentation of a Guest card. Restaurant “GOROD”. Opening hours: from 12:00 to 00:00, Fri-Sat: from 12:00 to 05:00. Contact phone number: 8-965-975-43-30. There is a 15% discount on the main menu, except for business lunch, for residing guests.

There is no specially equipped kitchen area freely available in the hotel. We can provide a room of the category “Apartments” equipped with a kitchen.

It is necessary to register by phone number. If the registration page does not open automatically, open your browser and go to 123.ru. Enter your phone number (press the “envelope” icon) to receive an SMS notification with an authorization code. In this case you will receive an SMS message with a 4-digit code. The code is entered into the special line and access to the Internet is opened. Any number of devices can be registered using one phone number. Registration is required only once. In each of the next visits to the hotel it is enough to type 123.ru in the browser to open the page and go to the Internet.

The receptionist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to call for emergency medical assistance as well as other special services if needed.

A ballpoint pen and note paper are available in the information folder in each hotel room. You can print out documents yourself in the Co-working room on the second floor of the Hotel. The room is equipped with a computer and printer, available 24 hours a day.
